Mainostoimisto Hermanni is responsible for the technical implementation and maintenance of our website, acting as a data processor on behalf of the data controller. The Tally form service used on the site (Tally BV, Belgium) acts as a sub-processor and processes data within the EU.
If other service providers or technical plugins are added to the site later that may transfer data outside the EU/EEA, we strive to ensure that the transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of data protection legislation (for example, by utilizing the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses).
