PERFORMANCE AND DURABILITY
Our suppressors are coated on the inside with a heat and dirt-repellent coating,with a heat resistance of 1400 degrees (celsius). The silencer has been fired 240 rounds in continuous fire during the product testing,during and after which its temperature has been measured with a thermal camera.The peak values in the temperature measurement have remained clearly below 500 degrees Celsius and cooling has been very fast.
Our silencers significantly reduce the recoil and gunshot noise of the
weapon. They do not create too much smoke. In addition, they eliminate the muzzle flash of the weapon. Since the supressor discharges excess gas from its rear end, this also disperses any smoke formation of the silencer and
confuses the direction of sound.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The operation of suppressors differs from traditional design. It discharges excess pressure from the rear end of the suppressor at a 45-degree angle away from the shooter. This Removes the pressure spike from the weapon that interferes with the loading mechanism. At the same time, the suppressor stays cooler because the hot gas spends less time inside the suppressor.
The suppressor has three flow paths for the gas. In addition to the bullet channel and the discharge port in the rear bulkhead, the gas flows between the suppressor element and the casing. We call this flow the purge flow. It prevents the build-up of carbon and gunpowder residue in the suppressor.
